For me personally, no. It’s definitely in my top 3 though and So Happy I Could Die is my favorite Gaga song of all time but the entire album no. Curious about your opinions! The very clear concept of the album is what makes it her best. There is no mess. Literally all her other projects go off-course at certain points with a track or 2 seeming to not fit any narrative - or fitting one of too many narratives.
