I feel she's been holding on just until he's out of office. Maybe if he hadn't run in the first place, she'd have walked sooner. Judging by a video I saw about the relationship Barron has with his parents, it seems like she does almost all the parenting and has a strong connection with him and has probably been putting him first all this time. Barron was taught her native tongue and apparently still speaks it and when he was little, he actually had a Slovenian accent, he sounded nothing like his dad but completely like his mum. It shows how close they must be and how much she's present in his life. I think if she didn't have a child, she might not have stuck around as long. She doesn't want her and her son to be left with nothing because Trump will likely take any exes to the cleaners. There's a reason why none of his exes speak badly of him - he's got rules and contracts in place. If you want to divorce him, it's going to cost you. Regardless of what you think of Melania, I don't doubt she's frightened of him. She always looks highly nervous and even scared in his company over the years. The reason why wives stay even when they hate their husbands is a complicated issue and you don't know until you're in it.
