They committed a crime and the police willingly turned a blind eye to it even though the victim had evidence, Police need to be impartial to the whole Blue Vs Red, Us VS Them BS the US is built on. In an uncorrupt system each one of those officers should be investigated.

Just as the red part of middle America are considered the “flyover states”, this part of California is mainly the “drive through quickly” part of California—most people in California only go through this part of the state when they are driving on the freeway to go to and from southern California and northern California.

I’m not surprised at all I used to live for 19 years in a small conservative town near Bakersfield and it was scary. They are so brainwashed and it’s almost like you can’t do much about it. I’m glad I left but I have so much family still there and it makes me so sad.
