It wasn't. But it's going to go red by historical lows. Even if Trump won every single vote in Texas from here on out tonight it would show how low the republican party influence in Texas has gotten.

Hmmm, that sounds pretty horrible. 

Since you're making the claim, care to share credible resources supporting this claim ? I believe it's common sense that burden of proof is upon those who make the claim. 

Otherwise it's not a fact but a misinformation. Without seeing factual proofs (aka not personal anecdotes, not tabloid articles but actual credible sources like Reuters or authorities), I cannot agree to what you're saying because Trump's administration has been clearly targeting illegal immigrants but I neither ever heard targeting of legal citizens nor can think how that would actually be possible.

Yes! Democrats have shown a large strength in the rust belt with early and mail in votes, those votes are in the millions. They will more than likely turn this election.
