Just heard on MSNBC that Trump may not concede until Dec 1 or so once the Wisconsin recount is completed. + all states still have to certify their results.

I'm still waiting for an analysis on the PA provisional ballot situation. The PA Secretary of State said that provisional ballots usually depend on the county-political environment. Basically, Trump benefited from the provisional ballots that were counted already because they came from GOP-friendly counties. The rest to come are from Philadelphia.

Biden has now hit .5% lead over Trump in PA which is the automatic recount threshold and some say is AP's threshold to declare a winner. If true we're going to see PA called tonight officially.

EDIT; Pittsburgh and Philadelphia have stopped counting until 9am tomorrow, so it's unclear whether AP would call now or in the morning.

I don't know if they will because of the provisional ballot situation. They have to verify to make sure those people did not accidentally vote twice, and they can't do that until other ballots have been counted. Depending on which way those thousands of provisional ballots lead, they could swing back to Trump. But we'll see. Maybe AP already knows the voter registration breakdown.

"State officials said the wait stems from Alaska’s huge size and complicated logistics: It has polling places in dozens of villages with no road access. Officials said they also need the extra week to finish the time-consuming process of logging the names of each Alaskan who voted on Election Day, then cross-referencing with absentee ballots to make sure no one’s votes are counted twice."

Okay apparently the reason why the election has not been called is because there thousands of provisional ballots to be counted yet in Philadelphia. The interesting twist is that it is possible that provisional ballots may favor Trump in PA since Trump over-performed his Election-day voting stats. They will not count those until Monday or Tuesday. Biden's lead may grow over the weekend, but may be chipped away once they start counting provisional ballots. Trump may yet win PA.

Similar thing for Arizona, they will count some provisional ballots on Saturday, and upload results at 9 AM and 7 PM from Maricopa. They will go through 92K of those ballots tomorrow, although I'm not sure if they meant ALL of them or some of them. 47K provisional ballots are being held up because they don't know if those ballots can be counted, although I wasn't sure about the reasoning for it. But they wont count those until Tuesday.

Basically Trump can still win Pennsylvania since provisional ballots seem to be favoring him, at least in GOP-friendly counties.
