It wasn't like 2016 when everyone was tricked into thinking "they're both the same" "it won't make a difference" which resulted in a mediocre number of voters in the most publicized election to date. In 2020 people made their voice heard, the difference is Trumpism also flourished which influences people into believing his and ONLY his facts, fox news, and every other conspiracy social media circle they're involved in. Dems failed to fight it but I have no earthly idea what they COULD DO to fight this groupthink. It's an ongoing issue that needs to be dealt with even after the Biden win. I only heard Kamala make this case at the debate, and I followed the election pretty closely. For Americans who aren't quite as political they could've easily missed this. Dems need to really drive points home in the future, and push harder against misinfo. No more "when they go low, we go high" and the like if Dems don't adopt a "when they go low, we go nuclear" mentality they will lose in 2022 and 2024. Based on what I saw a little earlier, there's potentially around 6,000 either absentee or provisional ballots for military that haven't been returned and can be up till the deadline which I'm not sure is when.
