I wouldn’t say she’s lazy but she’s very honest about how the industry works and I like that. Like the way she described This Is Acting as a bunch of rejected demos written for other popstars that she ended up releasing just for fun. That’s a really cool thing to do and say. She wasn’t like “yeah these are super personal lyrics from the bottom of my heart!”, she just had the album ready to go.

...doesn’t change the fact that she literally wrote a different song and chose to use her exact same lyrics in the chorus. That’s incredibly lazy and I don’t see how anyone can even deny that lol

If I went to my teacher and passed in the same assignment that I had passed in two weeks earlier and didn’t change any of the wording I would get called lazy and a failing grade lol

I don’t think it’s the same. Sia wrote both songs so she’s the boss in that situation, she decides what to do with her work. People also cover other songs or sample them in order to create another one. Hologram/Partynauseous had the same instrumental, Donatella, MJH and Aura too but they managed to create new songs using those. That’s just how the music industry works I guess.

Sia is a lazy songwriter, yes. Chandelier, Courage and Unstoppable are literally the same song. I'd say she knows what works but when they all have the same chord sequence and production style it's straight up laziness.

Pink is not lazy. She is literally one of the hardest working performers in music.
