It does matter to those people, but doing this violates other people's liberties. These people are Christian I presume, and they're obviously misinterpreting absolutely everything Christianity stands for, thanks to what I believe are centuries and centuries of conservative Church influence. The Catholic Church (a Christian church) is not the same as the Catholic religion, so no point in saying "fvck religion" when you're disrespecting people who believe in it and do no harm in the process. "All the worst parts of religion, of which there are many" Yeah sure...due to the Church and human-made doctrines that were influenced by their times. The original teachings of Christ do not allow for any kind of discrimination. That alone contradicts these judge's decision. So no, fvck powerful churches and power dynamics, not religion itself.
