It is for me but I have to say, it also is her safest abum to date, there wasn't much experimentation and the only pop track there (Plastic Doll) is also really safe sounding comisdering Skrillex was also part of it and I expected a much darker, daring sound for that song, even tho it's one of my favorites from the album.

Overall it's her most cohesive, mature, honest and has no fillers, the length is also perfect.

I just really want Gaga to experiment with more sounds, 90s house is cute but also really repetitive. I want a full pop album like The Fame Monster but with more R&B and synthpop influences. She would nail a pure pop record.

How is it cohesive when it literallu have symphonical interludes in between dance songs lmao

And yes, its her best! Followed by BTW

:selena:

Genres can be mixed, even in one song

The interludes give the space opera vibe and they fit very well

Are you gonna tell me Chromatica II + 911 don't work together?

BTW was way more experimental and pushed the boundary of what pop music sounded like...

Chromatica is a throwback to 90s inspired house music but also very safe and not so jarring...

It's too safe for me, I like it but when I'm hearing it there's nothing that would make me go "omg this is amazing" and "wow I never noticed this little detail here, so interesting" ya feel me?

It's definetely a good, cohesive pop album but a lot of songs feel generic to me/lacking that extra something that I feel that all her other albums have (even Joanne to some extent).

For me Born This Way is her best, followed by ARTPOP, TFM and Joanne/Chromatica/TF last

yeah but the thing is that they did not mixed generes in one song, the interludes are 100% orchestral, MAYBE if they have a slight subtle dance undertones in the background. Cohesive BTW, she managed to efficiently mixed genres, like electrorock, synthpop, opera and heavy metal, all together, not different from one song to the other.

Chromatica

It lacks the voice that BTW does but it is also has way less filler, so I’ll say yes. But I can see myself making the opposite argument in the future.

Just A Holy Fool

Definitely among her best, but I think for me The Fame Monster is still her absolute best.

Chromatica though proved to everyone she still does dance music better than anyone else.

Every album has a very special place in my heart. Yes, even cheek to cheek. Chromatica is no exception either.

The Clown

It's between Chromatica, Born This Way and The Fame Monster for me. ASIB is a strong contender as well, if you count that.
