I think it becomes a skip because it is too long compared to the other songs on the album. It's a perfect throwback to The Fame/The Fame Monster eras, and the chorus is extremely powerful and emotional in spite of the upbeat electro background. I love the chorus and her vocals are beautiful on it. I think people don't like the song because the instrumental during the verses doesn't have much going on.
