Britney hires legal counsel in preparation of proceedings against her dad

Britney’s court appointed attorney stated he and Britney believe that he will require assistance in removing her father as a conservator. They have therefore hired a highly successful law firm and appointed attorneys that specialise in litigation to do with Conservatorships.

The court documents state Britney is very aware that her father will hire as many lawyers as possible to oppose her wishes and fight her, so she has requested to hire Loeb & Loeb to represent her and help assist her court appointed attorney, Samuel Ingham.
