I don't feel like it captured the vibe of the song at all. The ending was really good though.

it does, the accident represents her constant mental chaos caused by her disorder me thinks (which is essentially what the song is about)

Wow. I was enjoying the video anyway (it reminded me a lot of the video for REM's "Losing My Religion," particularly the extensive use of religious imagery and the presentation of scenes as tableaus, rather than having a lot of movement/choreography) - and then the ending happened. I don't even know what to say, I was completely shocked in the best of ways. I totally admire whoever came up with this idea and executed it so perfectly. This was fantastic.

the fact that everyone who was involved in the accident was in her near-death-experience and the fact that someone did a thread about near death experiences a few days ago  :enigma:

This music video has to be about the fear of death and suicide

I love everything about it, the looks, the babylonian reference, HER FACE !!! Her face is so 2013 :bradley:

I guess that's it, but I'm trying to figure out the whole symbolism behind the video

Anyways, I guess I'll just wait for someone to put it out there because I'm not that smart lmao

Entire video is based off acid western films. Google Jodorowsky The holy mountain. Or el topo. You’ll see the references instantly.

REALITY

I don't understand why y'all don't like it. I just don't.

"It's too weird" -- Ummm...ma'am, this is Lady Gaga. Of course it's ****ing weird as sh*t. Don't y'all like weird, crazyGa? :triggered:

"It's too different from Chromatica" -- Well, Chromatica is a world. Worlds are multifaceted. Even then, the visuals are still great even if it doesn't follow the "Chromatica standard" we all have

"It doesn't fit 911 at all" -- Bitch who are YOU to say to LADY ****ING GAGA that her OWN music video doesn't fit the song? :selena:

It's her best video in YEARS and that's that :vegas:
