Britney's attorney claims he has stopped being paid since defending her

There was a hearing today to discuss Britney's conservatorship - however it got postponed as it was revealed by Sam Ingham, Britney's court appointed attorney that he had stopped getting paid since he started speaking up for Britney and her wishes.

Lynne Spears is alleged to have made a remark that it is 'strange' how suddenly Sam is no longer being paid by Jamie Spears and Team Con since he started defending Britney.

The way 'Team Britney' have stooped so low to stop paying for her legal costs to support herself. Disgusting that it's her own money and others are choosing not to pay her own attorney who is now following her wishes.

Sam asked the hearing was postponed until November 10th

Isn't this following some sort of pattern? At every step forward towards her freedom, it falls back three steps, with some shady thing going on from her father's team. Remember last year when the doctor who was responsible for her medical treatment died suddenly? Just weeks before the judge in her conservatorship case was about to receive a report focusing on whether she was receiving appropriate treatment.

The timing is very significant.

All this time Sam was being paid by Tri-Star but since defending Britney it has stopped. He is not working for free and requested he is paid on a weekly basis like he has been for the past 12 years.

It appears he is suddenly actually trying to help Britney since the movement picked up, he appears totally against Jamie and Lou now.

So he is totally against Jamie and Lou but he is asking for the hearing to be postponed by 2 months ? Doesn't he realize, the sooner she is free, the sooner he'll get paid by Britney ?

It's still coming from Britney's money - I think he's saving his a** and job by finally speaking up for Britney.

There was already going to be another hearing in November

Today was part one for Andrew Wallett (Team Jamie) making his submission for why he should be conservator and the next hearing would have been Sam Ingham (Britney's court appointed attorney) making his submission why Bessemer Trust an independent financial fiduciary be the conservator of Britney's estate. Then the judge was due to decide after both hearings - probably at the end of the second where Sam would have made his submissions.
