Why does the fact it's about trans people make it bad all of a sudden? Have you people even read the book? It's weird people judge her and the book before even knowing the exact content of that piece of fiction. If you don't like it, vote with your money and don't buy it. Unfortunately, nowadays the killer IN A BOOK!!! can be a priest, carpenter, ninja or actor. And that her transfriend was happy with the transition. But keep writing "Die, TERF", I guess, right?), but apparently most people haven't even read it and like to use misogynist slurs, rape and death threats etc. against her instead -- so those comments about "transphobia" or enbyphobia seem ridiculous to me. Gregory Murray was accidentally misgendered by Maya Forstater even though Murray totally looks like a man. Same with Alex Drummond who claims to be a lesbian. A lesbian. Because "genital preferences are transphobic" now. Which of course is a homophobic statement in itself. You can't force lesbians to like d*ck. Like in American Horror Story where evil people turn out to be not thaaat evil over time, once we start to understand them and their past.
