Yea. It's called herd immunity.  :triggered:

NYC has one of the most anti-bodies % in the world. And I think they dont even consider T-cell immunity. 

It is possible that there are other factors also, but look at California or Australia. Without some kind of immunity, the rules dont work, even if they are harder than in New York.
