Because she has been in court before in 2012 and 2013 I think for reasons regarding her former assistant and Rob Fusari splitting money with someone else she had signed with. That would probably explain her cancelling the Born This Way Ball. But the Joanne World Tour cancellation makes more sense. Sorry. I'm just confused. She had to cancel Rock in Rio and the rest of the JWT because of a trauma response from that. Kesha texted to Gaga that Luke (falsely) raped Katy and Luke's team subpoenaed her because of that and basically used her to try to get dirt on Kesha, but Gaga didn't really say anything negative about her. As other users have said the Kesha case was before Rock in Rio 2017 and the EU leg of the JWT when she had to cancel & postpone because of severe pain. Emotional distress is a trigger for her fibro.
