KennyRichie 1,976 Posted September 12, 2020 Share Posted September 12, 2020 I’ve come to realize that it is, among other things, a matter of personality and the way you decide to manage your own emotions. This works for me, in moments of full stress where I just wanted to quit my job, cry out loud for help and else, literally as basic as writing it down starts to help and ease my mind. Mental health is important, works different for everybody but this are helpful and healthy tips. This has not being the best year, for many reasons beyond the pandemic. MonsterPug 490 Posted September 12, 2020 Share Posted September 12, 2020 I’m getting therapy and let me tell you at first I thought these tasks were kind of dumb but then they kept on getting somewhat familiar to some of the exercises I’m doing to combat my anxiety and depression.
