Gaga has talked about how almost produced all of Venus by herself with some additional help from friend Madeon (aka co-producer of the next single 911, cheers to that )

But did you know that the song uses similar drum patterns and bassline as Madeon's unreleased track Ubelkeit? You can especially hear the influences in the pre-chorus and bridge of Venus

all these big stars produce and co-produce music by telling somebody else what they like and then the other person actually does the production, and the star gets a full credit because they can get away with it.

That's not Gaga, no. She has never been one to not give somebody credit where they deserve. In fact, she is known to be extremely generous with sharing credits, different producers have talked about this at different times. And let's not try to discredit get work either.
