18,000 People (Mainly Americans) Tried To Cross Canada Border During Covid

Over 18,000 people (the majority American) don't seem to be getting the message that the border is closed and tried to cross for trivial non-emergency reasons such as seeing family and going shopping or sight seeing

 

Canada continues to remind people that the border is closed and very few exeptional circumstances will grant you crossing the border.

 

Even travel within Canada between Provinces has restrictions. For instance Eastern Atlantic Provinces that have almost no cases have formed a bubble allowing flights between themselves but not allowing ng travel from other Provinces
