They are like a mix of Gaga yet they add some sort of "realness" to them like at the end of the first weather video how she is doing her little news cast and then when its over how the water just cuts out and she's all "I think it was good" and the scream at the end of the video when she's in the pool they all kind of end with her idk how to put it but like a normal person on not this Gaga persona we have of her idk if its just her trying to be cute and funny but I wanna see where she goes with this. I don't think it was ever an app idea. She said Chromatica is a state of mind, where she lives and how she sees the world. A place where Earth/reality has been deleted. I do think CTV is a framing device to "broadcast" scenes from Chromatica -- like postcards from her mind. That's why I think the VMA performance will be framed as a broadcast of some sort. I can see a CTV website as some type of TV emulator, with "channels", but idk how much content can be made now, or was done before, Covid-19.
