Sorry but that list is rubbish. I agree with the likes of Madonna, Beyoncé and of course Gaga. But artists like Marilyn Manson and Gwen Stefani should have been a LOT higher than many of the top 30 artists

Where’s Gaga’s Vanguard?  And I notice a JLo is no where to be found on this list, which just means that Billboard finds her Vanguard award just as ridiculous as I do.  (Especially since Gaga doesn’t have one yet) 

Madonna deserves number one. Gaga def deserves top 10 but I would have made her too 5. and Katy deserves WAY higher than wherever they put her down in the 70s. She’s been serving super creative visuals for years. That’s ridic too especially when you see they put Dua way above her on the strength of just a few videos, some of which are basic.
