They even self-brand with a motto: "Blackpink is the Revolution". With the recent collaborations with "Kiss And Make-Up", "Sour Candy", and "Ice Cream". The song is lyrically below all levels and both the song and video are very pandering. They even made them put in blue lenses. The lyrics seem so forced and cringey and the sexual innuendo of it is really creepy when they've got the whole Lolita thing going on. The set looks exactly like the one from Fergie's MILF $ video! Where's all the bombast that I saw in their previous songs? It feels as if they've been weakened and this sound doesn't even sound like them. It's like they've been put there to make Selena shine. I don't know if even they're feeling this but were pushed into it. Well, if it flops, let's hope this paves the way for Sour Candy to become a proper single with a video now. The public's already proved that they like that one. And seeing as they managed to film a video in quarantine with everyone in it to the point where it doesn't even look like there's a pandemic affecting shooting, don't tell me Gaga can't make this possible. You're right, the reference to candy threw me off. SC lyrics show 2 sides of a person.
