I think it really might be the peak of her high-camp performance art antics. The fact that Jo Calderone wasn't just limited to the performance and she was in character for the entire duration of the award show does make this one really special. I remember how annoying it was though when she did that and the fanbase had a meltdown that she performed the whole song as Jo.
