That's not shaming because there's nothing to be ashamed of for not having a big butt.  

I like my popstars on the juicy side.  Some people don't.  There's nothing "wrong with" or unattractive about Taylor's butt.  It's just not big.  That's ok.  Just because *I* would like it bigger doesn't mean that it's a judgement.  Also, it was an off-the-cuff comment, I assure you I spend exceptionally little time thinking about Taylor's Swift's ass.

It truly is exhausting the way people learn a term like body shaming and then over time expand more and more things to attach to this label to the point that a simple comment becomes "shaming". 

But above all else, it was a *joke*. 

And for those of you don't don't get the joke, let me explain it for you.  

It's a form of comedy where you state something random and odd at the beginning of a sentence. Because the word butt is almost always a funny word, I went with what I went with.  

Getting offended is not it.

By having an issue with my comment you were implying body shaming.  Or what did you mean?  If that's not what you were implying then I'm sorry I assumed that, but I don't why else you would essentially call me stupid if you weren't thinking that?

After 3 months in quarantine, you probably would prefer I had a flatter stomach.  Yeah, that's a preference, because plenty of people like it, but smaller note, calling someone overweight is more taboo than the opposite.  

And now that you admit you were accusing me of shaming, I just have to tell you that, sorry, no, I was not because I see no problem with Taylor Swift's ass.  My personal opinion means ****.

I have to disagree with most of what you wrote but the sentence I highlighted is especially wrong.

I know a few girls who literally cry when someone calls them “too skinny” and they’d probably kill to weight more.

And as someone who struggled with underweight for a long time myself I can tell you it’s just as bad as unwanted extra weight

If that's how your body is, it's up to you to learn to love it because obviously there's nothing wrong with it. 

Because there are some people out that that prefer bigger butts?  So what?   

Everybody has features that make them unattractive to some people.  I lost my hair in my early twenties, and it stung a bit when people would comment they didn't like someone because they were bald.  But it's how it is, some people don't like bald men.  I had to get over it and realize that I should instead focus on the people who like it.
