You need to stop using Covid and the failure of original plans as an excuse. Gaga wasn't the only one affected by the situation, people with way less resources are multitasking and adapting. This is what the rest of artists do: filming concerts from home, creating animated videos, doing lives on Instagram, chatting with fans, etc. It’s simply none of her priorities, or she relies too much on other people to function.

When Gaga first postponed the album, I agreed that miss rona was a good reason, however, now seeing other singers doing performances etc it does make me question what's going on behind the scenes. It can be done as other artists and Gaga herself have proven with the PAPER mag livestream where she did her own hair and make up, changed outfits twice. She even tried to talk to us during the stream but she only messaged one person which was a technical mistake on her behalf. I do hope now the ball is rolling again with Gaga Radio, we will see a performance at the VMA's or something. I just hope that she's okay and that the reason it appears nothing is happening is because she's planning stuff for us.

love it so much

Loved SL and the video

was slightly sad by the delay of the album but completely understood and agreed with gaga's decision

Adored ROM and the video is her best since G.U.Y (I love all her videos but this one just hit me)

and love the album a lot (skip free for me now but at first didn't like Enigma and Replay)

can't wait for the Chromatica Ball next summer! (lets hope it goes on)

Pop Music and Lady Gaga forever!

REALITY

tbh, I think you're lying to yourself if you think that this era has been great or spectacular. The music speaks for itself and it's great; Chromatica's in my Top 2 Gaga albums, but as for the era itself, it's been boring.

Gaga's restarted the era, so hopefully things will pick back up more, but up until recently, we've gotten nothing since the album came out and that's disappointing. I'm always one to defend Gaga and her decisions, and ultimately, I will respect whatever it is she wants to do with Chromatica, but to know that this era was supposed to have promo "only second to BTW" (according to Blade), only to have it be a huge dud in the end is sad.

I think what's disappointing most is that this era had so much potential. If this were Joanne, I wouldn't necessarily be as disappointed because the album itself is more stripped back. However, Chromatica was clearly poised to be her big dance/electronic pop comeback. The visuals are incredible (probably my favorite out of any era, tbh) and the interviews and the photoshoots we have gotten are amazing too.

Of course, there are more pressing issues in our world right now, and Gaga should 100% continue to promote things like COVID-19 relief and BLM, but it'd also be nice if she promoted Chromatica more too.

I love it.

You have to remember if it weren't for the pandemic she said she had so much other things planned so it's not really fair to judge it in comparison to another.

I Love the Aesthetic and the sound, I feel like it could've been massive if it didn't release at such a bad time.

gaga also said she still had stuff planned regardless of the pandemic.

I've experienced so many eras with Gaga since 2008 and this is one of my favorites. This is one of my top 3 Gaga albums -maybe even top 2 - and the visuals are everything. I was really impressed with how much content they had ready to go when the rollout for the album started. I have faith that Gaga and her team are going to serve it to us when the time is right. There's not a single song I dislike on the album and I constantly play it in full. It has only grown on me since release.

It's important to have gratitude and be able to find perspective. We are lucky to have Gaga still be making new work and caring so much about her art, while being the most unproblematic. I appreciate how she is willing to bear her soul and this album is no different.

Part of me is excited that the Chromatica Ball will start in 2021, because that means this era will last longer, and we can enjoy it a little bit more. I'm okay with her taking her time. If she released too much at once, I'm sure a lot of people would get bored.

At this point I don't think she can do anything to really upset me - (unless it was seriously f'ed up.) I've experienced disappointments in the past that I attributed to Gaga letting me down, but I realize in hindsight that my own expectations for her were unfair. I'm glad to have some distance from feeling that way, and can really appreciate what she's doing more objectively now.

At the end of the day, she is an artist, who I don't think any of us know personally, and we are lucky to be witnessing her journey. We need to keep that in check. Eventually this era will be done, so let's enjoy it for what it is while we can.

It’s been a mess really. I genuinely feel bad for Gaga as she clearly wanted this to go well and it would’ve had everything else not gone to ****. I think with everything thats happened this year she’s probably really struggled mentally hence why she’s dipped. I think her mental health should be considered more, listen to the what she was saying during Gaga radio, like she felt suicidal even after the huge success of ASIB. Having an era pulled from under her, one she really wanted to go well, has probably put her in a deep dark hole.

THIS! She even said in Gagaradio that she gets sad when she remembers she is Gaga and has no freedom. She is probably/hopefully taking care of herself and enjoying her down. I also can't help but think the way this era ent not as planned, it is giving her hard reminders of the struggles during ARTPOP and that can't be easy.  There is no doubt she deserves to be peaceful and happy as can be, and quite honestly, the content she has given this era has been amazing. If it means less promo/interacting with fans for the sake of her mental health, then I would rather continue to enjoy what she's released already and know she is happy/healthy. And for what its worth, if I released my most personal album and openly discussed my mental health struggles to the world, I would avoid my fans/promo too seeing how some of the responses have been. Sure the merch and communication have had issues, but fundamentally that doesn't change her talent or quality of the album. I think we as a fanbase needed to see Chromatica the way she sees it, and be there as a KIND support system for her rather than criticize her every move. I strongly believe she has been replanning how to do this era for a while but things keep coming up, so maybe from here on out- we can remember she is struggling just as much as the next person and send kindness and warm wishes her way to remind her how much we love her and what her music has done for us.

Im not gonna lie, its been quiet a lot of the time. When the album was postponed, I was sad and disappointed however i completely understood her reasons and i respected her even more for putting the project aside to help and contribute to the world.

From the start, this era has been iconic. Its been so lovely seeing Gaga having fun and returning to what we know her for and serving killer looks. We've waited 4 years for this album and every second was worth it, if this album proved anything its that Gaga is just as strong 12 years later and will only get better with time.

As far as the album goes, its perfection. Of course there are songs i like more than others like every Gaga album but there isn't a song i'd skip. The sound and vibe of the album is everything i dreamed of and any of the songs could be a single and would smash the charts.

Today Gaga announced her VMA'S performance and i can't wait, the fact that the tour isn't until next year makes me so much more excited of whats to come! Enjoy every second cause thats what Gaga makes music for.
