The day it's out anyone can listen. There's no walking at Walmart or Target and seeing a CD from an artist you like that catches your eye and you decide to buy it to listen to it but maybe it was out for weeks or months already but I only heard the music now But in 2020 what came out last month is already old so it doesn't make much sense to drag out an era Most eras now have 3 singles at the most and often the first 2 are out before the album or they get no special spotlight Gaga is doing it wrong. 3rd single should of been out already and promoted if it was gonna have any chance of success.
