That's not narcissism. I mean lol, why you spin it that way, it's just being self-aware of his own status/fame/relevance as a person. Why would I say "there wouldn't be a <my full name> if I was aborted", because not everybody is a Kanye, or a Taylor, or a Gaga, who is relevant enough to say that if they want to. It's not even that weird to say out loud with your full name if you're just an ordinary person, just for showing a self-love for existing in life.

I think it is weird, but the pattern of behavior is what makes me see this as narcissistic. He admits he has bipolar, but refuse to take medication or help himself because he sees his mental issues as a gift from god, and it makes him special and different from people. He calls himself god and is entitled that everyone respects him and work with him.

No don't take that god thing seriously, i just think that's how he markets his music with all the play-grandiose thing that goes well with his brand.

 

Edit : as for the bipolar, well I don't follow his treatment nor his condition of it. It's quite alarming, but maybe he's never really get himself diagnosed? Because if he is diagnosed bipolar by a psychiatrist, there's must be a duty and urge from the psychiatrist to do the treatment and medication, any responsible psychiatrist will with all cost push him to treatment and medication if he/she diagnosed Kanye with bipolar. I dunno though, I'm not a mental health expert but I have few years experiences consulting to psychologist and psychiatrist.
