Yes, it has. Most complaints on what people think it’s a bad song it’s because of lyricisms. It happens with Alice for example, most people just say the song lacks in lyrics, I see it all the time.
I have a feeling people here tend to focus on that and it’s funny because all Gaga albums needs to be more appreciated by instrumentals IMO, especially Chromatica which is a pure dance made album with good content obviously but ALSO such an experience when we talk about melodies and instrumental build.

I'm not a fan of the album but that's because of the sound, not the lyrics. But now that I think of it, I think many songs are meh in terms of lyrics. It has nothing to do with their meaning or whatever. We all understand the songs. It's just the way they were written (or not written)

I think Sine From Above is her most polarizing song

I can’t bring myself to listen through it, but some people are in love with it! :enigma:

I would love love love it if it wasn't for that awful dance buildup & break

It happens with every album.

The one album she's had that divided most of the fanbase, in many ways, was Joanne.

But I think TFM and BTW definitely fans were more in agreement with the best and least liked songs

BTW, I am not sure. Yes, for TFM, but BTW is when things started to get more divisive.

You have people who love the hell out of MTN, but it didn't really stick with the GP. I like the song a lot, but it doesn't rank anywhere near as high on the album as it does for many others. Although it's one of her best videos.

The fans seemed to 80% hate Americano and The Queen, but in recent years, The Queen seems to have gotten more appreciation.

I thought it was agreed that 1000 Doves and Fun Tonight are in the bottom tiers of her entire discography?

ARTPOP and Joanne seemed to be controversial.  I find it interesting that attending a live performance can give a different perspective on some songs and therefore result in different opinions.  I found that true when I attended artRAVE and JWT, and have noticed that some people have also expressed that their opinion of a song changed after seeing it live.

I live outside the space time continuum.

I don't get why Americano got so much dust. It reminds me of gypsy kings a bit and I love it :tony:
