Hoping radio here will jump on ROM after summer and the VMA performance will help it here so it can become her biggest non ASIB song since born this way. I think it halves the overall streams so that it can still chart with a percentage of the streams (along with sales and radio), but obviously charts lower than it should if all of its streams were considered. It's to make sure the chart doesn't remain stagnant, otherwise Shape of You would still be no.1 here in the UK so it makes sense. I think if the song has a surge of 25% in streams though, it goes back to regular and then if it has 3 consecutive weeks of declines, it goes into accelerated chart rotation again.
