Adelita 3,177
I forgot to mention weeks ago, but Gaga became just the first female artist with 2 albums with 100 weeks on the Canadian Album Chart (TF and ASIB). This is a HUGE achievement, since not even Adele or Taylor managed to achieve that.

She has 8 albums and 70 singles released, and her last single is Believe It from this year, stop lying. The fact that she has been away from music for a few years doesn't change the fact that she has more stuff released than many artists with 3 or even 4 decades of career. And yes, it's her duty to be in the Top 10, because besides the fact that she has more singles released than Madonna (who has almost 40 years of career), even being away from music, Rihanna continues with great reach on playlists and 90% of her material is composed of pop songs and feats with big artists. You keep mentioning singles in the streaming era like it's a thing. Why? It's still a body of work. People don't have to purchase the Like A Prayer album to listen to Oh, Father. In the streaming era every song is a single. So 70 singles and 8 albums is still less than 30 singles and 15 albums. Also Rihanna consistently releases 5 to 7 singles per album. Between Good Girl Gone Bad and Good Girl Gone Bad Reloaded she had 9 singles. By the way Reloaded only added 3 more songs. She had 9 singles out of 15 total songs. You make it sound like she release 3 singles per album and all the rest or side projects. Unapologetic had 7 singles, Loud had 7 singles, Rated R had 6, Talk That Talk had 6. Rihanna's body of work does not have as many songs as Madonna's body of work. Also let's not pretend "Believe It" is keeping Rihanna in the top ten. Excuse me and the rest of the planet for not knowing about this song with ICONIC hit maker PartyNextDoor. It doesn't matter if the Rihanna singles were released from the albums or if they are loose singles, they are still there for people to hear, or do you think people won't listen to 'Love the Way You Lie' just because it's not on her album but on Eminem's?? LMFAO I just denied your fake news that she hasn't released anything since 2017, which is not true, since Believe It is from this year. And at no point did I say she is in the Top 10 exclusively due to PARTYNEXTDOOR, I said that she is only in the Top 10 because of the 70 SINGLES that she released throughout her career, whether you like it or not, and Believe It is part of that, that's a fact. And not you comparing Madonna who has the triple of Rihanna's career time, embarassing.

whoresup 2,643
Who else is tired of artists desperately discounting their singles on iTunes and throwing out remixes (BTS and Justin Bieber being the latest examples)?? It means that the charts are just becoming a manipulation because of these cheap tactics. Makes me ever prouder of ROM and Chromatica’s success because it shows people genuinely like the music and not because of these games.

Guest Adarsh
I just listened to Fetch the Bolt Cutters for the first time and it really is the best alternative album this year. Anyways, I'm done with this. It's getting childish and petty instead of informative.
