Gilead, an American pharmaceuticals company, created this drug largely with the help of American taxpayer money. Could you imagine if the stores of an American-made drug were allocated to other countries during our greatest need? That wouldn’t be wise. Wear your mask 'no I wont it's against my freedom', Better healthcare 'No it's against my freedom, this is communism', Better education system 'No this is socialism it's against freedom' Just weird weird country when ur on the outside of it and was never born there so people always come off as super rude for that reason I think. Which is not nice and sorry u feel that way but it's just so ridiculous that I personally can't help but coming off as rude sometimes To be honest, Trump is not the worst. Bolsonaro has more potential to screw things up for us than Trump has for Americans. Anyway, on topic: I don’t know hot to judge this. I mean, it seems very selfish and all, but whether we like it or not the COVID-19 situation is far worse in the US. The rest of the rich world doesn’t seem to need this medication as badly.
