He acknowledged that they make "bad choices" and he said he wanted to change them, but honestly, they just can't. He already tried once and nothing changed, he just manipulated his viewers into thinking Jeffree was a changed person, but he's still the same person. I have watched Shane since I was 13-14 and the past jokes that are problematic were funny at the time but I then grew up and realized that and I stopped watching him for like 2-3 years. He then changed and I started watching him again. He addressed everything and apologized and said people don’t have to accept his apology. There is not much more he can do. People nowadays can't accept that other people can like someone/something they don't like, so they do everything in order to cancel them/that, instead of just letting it go and not paying attention to it.
