Also we had serial cat killer a while ago and people are saying it’s that guy. The Pacific Northwest is like a f*cking pilgrimage site for serial killers so who knows. Article doesn’t go into it but teenagers found the bags after they used some app that makes you go treasure hunting. The coordinates they were given lead to the bags.
