Ugh finally another voice of reason. That's what I'm thinking. She hasn't done a show for at least 2.5 weeks. She burns herself a lot more with this tour because a lot of the Born This Way songs showcase more vocal capabilities than they did with the past albums (i.e. Highway Unicorn, Hair, You & I, Born This Way, The Edge of Glory, Marry The Night, Scheisse, Fashion of His Love). It's more exhausting physically and vocally than The Monster Ball was. She'll be in Puerto Rico on Tuesday night. i'm sure that she'll be better. She'd have to have been experiencing fatigue, fever, and possibly heart, lung and skin problems for some time now. Not to mention that people with full blown lupus experience a severe weight loss when it's starting to flare up. The only thing that may cause concern in Gaga's case maybe be problems with joints and muscles and possibly fatigue/lung problems--shortness of breath, but then again if she was able to keep going for 2 hours on a show like this I doubt she may be suffering from fatigue. (even though she was late, knowing her she would have performed them anyway and ended the show later). Does she realize, even though she wasn't sold out, that many people probably struggled pretty hard to get there (even though this doesn't go for ONLY Mexico)? I feel bad because maybe someone REALLY wanted to hear TEOG (which they have a right to, because it's one of the SINGLES) LOL at some of ya'll calling it a disaster. Seriously, she falls on stage 9 out of 10 times ahah, and she was not feeling well at the end, then its normal she had to cut off the show. But man she cut 1.5 songs! (Paparazzi is performed half by mother Goat). Only sad thing, is for the people expecting to go backstage. I was at Twickenham September 8th, Poker Face, Americano and Alejandro were cut and I seriously was not bothered, it was the best experience of my life. I'm sure it was the same for the people who were AT the concert in Mexico. As for her health, it could of been something to do with her getting hit in the head by something a fan through, it could of been from dehydration, exhaustion or she had the flu, we don't know. And besides, didnt she say she was sick/upset earlier in the day which is why she didnt fangirl for Chicago Fire? If the woman is sick, she is sick. People should be happy she performed at all. And probably knowing she was going to change the set list is why she decided to bring back that hair. She still wanted to make that show special for the fans. It is nowhere confirmed that she felt so unwell that she had to stop the show earlier. - Is it confirmed that she left in an ambulance? I haven't seen any confirmation of it yet. - She fell during Bad Romance, but it looked like she just stumbled, which can happen. Just from the fall itself you can't say if she fell unwell or not. - Some people say she was hit on her head by a box, some say she was hit by something else, but not hard and it didn't affect her. - There are also reports that she was cut off, because she was late: http://www.musicdnews.net/lady-gaga-cut-off-in-mexico-sings-marry-the-night-acapella/ I personally rather think she was cut off because she was running late, like it also happened in London at the first night. This also would make more sense. Why should she sing Mary the Night acapella if she feels so unwell. It would be easier for her to have the background vocals to help her and her dancers on stage to support her. It seems like she had to stop the show earlier due to regulations. Also when she was singing Bad Romance there was no lights or effects at the castle. The whole set rather looked like they pulled the plug and the stage was "switched off" already. The most things in this thread are assumptions and not confirmed. All we can say for sure is that she fell during Bad Romance (stumbled or feeling unwell, we don't know) and that she didn't sing Paparazzi and TEOG. The only thing which could mean that she was unwell is the fact that she didn't take someone backstage. But maybe she also was only tired. Of course it is always sad when an audience doesn't see the full show. But I think she delivered. The audience heard Marry the Nigh acapella, which others for example didn't. If she would have left the stage after 45 minutes I could understand that people are disappointed, but she just skipped 2 songs. I think people also should think about the real reasons first, that it was maybe not Gaga's fault, before the say that they stop being a fan, if this would happen at their concert. She is human, she is not a machine, she is allowed to feel unwell and sometimes things happen where she just can't go on because they pull the plug. I know other artists which wouldn't be able to perform as well as Gaga when they feel unwell. She is always giving 100 % for the fans to not disappoint them.
