On the other hand, we need the same energy for improvised performances like what katy does. She needs to do both things. Spread awareness and promote. I also believe she’s reached a phase in her career where she doesn’t have to overexposed herself with tons of promo, but don’t worry sis, we will probably get a performance soon. Like with what happened in the beginning with the coronavirus, she wanted to do something more tangible and "specific"—as she put it. That's what she's doing now with promoting BLM organizations on her Instagram and Twitter. I think within the next few weeks she'll go back to Chromatica stuff. I just hope she's able to execute this era right. This really had the potential to be a huge era, but so many things derailed it. I feel bad for her. If she continued to promote Chromatica at the starts of the protests it would jeopardise her career, I'd say we'll get Chromatica TV next week. Stans cannot carry the single/album on their backs and I think she's done everything she could to help the BLM movement.
