Fast Reveal

 

 

The slow reveal gives cinematic, more giant perspective, while Fast reveal is more jump scare and theatrical to me. If I have to pick though I prefer the slow one, what do you think?

You know a performance is good when even minute details have artistic value and are worthy of scrutiny. 

I think the fast reveal works best for the effect, I also appreciate how they tweaked the lighting to give even more emphasis to the people in the cage.

It really depends on the specific song and performance, they both work for their own cases. The dress opening with the cage reveal is the best of the two though

I think the slow reveal works better in this case, because the fast reveal is not fast enough for me.

I’ve been to two shows this tour and I only know the fast reveal. The slow one feels off to me now 😂

I watched the slow reveal live and my heart was beating out of my chest as the circular light rose. It was the first time I ever saw her with my own eyes. 

So definitely the slow reveal. 

 

EDIT: I thought you were talking about her entering the stage omg

But still going with slow cuz it's much more dramatic that way

Exactly, because I think the slower movement makes something feels even bigger and heavy. 

The fast one does work well for the Mayhem Ball screen though as a quick jumpscare shot to reveal dancers.
