Come on Gaga. People were literally so disgusting and rude to her on release day (12am) because she was celebrating her new album and not posting about BLM. Granted, a lot of them were not her actual fans, but, I'm sure some of the things that were said about her really hurt her feelings. She didn't even get to enjoy releasing the album, so I think that she put everything on pause to focus on BLM to keep it separate from Chromatica. And the even more disgusting part was when she got called out for not saying anything, but the last time she called out White Privilege and Systemic Racism a few years ago she got chewed out so it’s like what more do people want at this rate? She did something better than those cringeworthy “I Take Responsibility” videos by handing her IG to prominent BLM awareness groups twice for two full days and links on where to donate—even highlighting Black Trans Awareness Groups.
