whether he was confirmed to interfere with police scans or just murdered 7 people with his bare hands the police should not physically harm him more than is necessary to put him in a cruiser and take him to jail. They are law enforcement not judge, jury and executioner. You are not found guilty until you plead or are found as such in a court of law. Period. Shoving that man was just another grievance in a long line of police brutality that has been demonstrated over the past two weeks alone. 

I don't think dismantling the police is the best idea but they clearly need to overhaul the system in every state and do so as fast as possible. A badge doesn't make you above the law and Trump is seriously inflaming the right-wing conservative south with his blurbs on twitter over this matter. A war inside our nation is something he has been playing with since he ran for office.
