They’re fighting hard for the #1 album with discounts and bundles. We were ahead looking at the last UK midweek but maybe the bundles aren’t reported yet and they said there were 100 copies until they beat her Lol

Never mind, they confirmed it counts. How is that legal?

Edit: Someone in the replies pointed out it was 8 pounds before they discounted it to 99p. Anyway.

That's just how radio works. I observed that some stations see what is smashing in Poland, Slovakia, and Russia, and then push the song here too, some stations watch Shazam to see what song has demand, some stations are trendsetters and play fresh songs by new artists (not established acts) that are later picked by other stations later, and so on. But we shouldn't put too much focus on this, since radio is generally not indicative for public's taste. And the chart is not very important anyways. And look at the bright side, I'm starting to see ROM more often on TV, which is also very important as well.
