this would be great and she could fit promo around every country, not limited to wearing outfits to walk down the street in. That gave her INSANE promo back in the day, at least in my country - towards the end of magazine era in 2009 - she was in every paper for her outfits. That was what helped Britney's albums sell too for always being in the paper - its very good promo.
