I think the honest emotion in the "I'm feeling the way that I'm feeling" part elevates the song a lot for me. And it's the juxtaposition of a song titled Fun Tonight that's about the opposite that I like. 

On the other hand, Plastic Doll has some nice production but feels like an afterthought considering other songs on the album have said the same thing. The bridge redeems it but I wish they went somewhere with the yell/cry at the end of the bridge.

Idk why people say her peak in the Netherlands is #9. It is the singles top 100, but nobody checks that list. On the Top 40, the biggest list she was only #22
