He did say black lives matter, but we can all say black lives matter. But he also wouldn’t condemn President Trump. Also click the link in the OP. Libs didn’t demonise him, he did that himself

He was being asked about some horrible policy and ended up getting the reporters to join him for tea and cookies rather than talking about the issue. He's like Trump but prefers to play the clown rather than play a hard man. Whimsical bitch

The 2017 one was Theresa May trying cement her position as PM, her leadership of the Tory party (because every action she made was divided) and unify people on the issue of brexit , seeing as promises were already being backtracked and it was becoming more destructive than initially thought. Very much an emergency effort. That one didnt go her way, she lost and majority, Labour gained support on their anti-brexit stance and she had to go into coalition with the DUP, and she ultimately failed to change anything and stepped down. The 2019 one saw the Tory party gain support, simply because they focused on nothing but brexit, where as other parties focused on other equally (and ultimately more) important than Brexit. While the recent one is still very fresh, globally, COVID-19 has exposed government failings, particularly in more conservative governments, so I guess it's not exactly concrete at this time. While trump intimidates the press and antagonizes them he charms them plays their game, buys them off, maniupulates them without them knowing it.
