Lucky I didn't just get an L, but it wasn't expensive and she did take her time to do this so whatever she put on there would make me happy. The frame is from a cheap store here in the Netherlands, I got a few of them years and years ago. These type of frames are called (box) floating frames I think. I feel like the music industry takes advantage of customers far too often and this wouldn't be the first time something wasn't delivered as advertised for me. I feel like accepting it just because it's from her isn't good enough. I'm not just a fan, I'm a customer and they haven't upheld their side of the deal. It's the principle. I emailed them yesterday and was told it would ship DECEMBER 31st 2020!!!! I emailed them again bc the site said "ships on or around may 29th" and then I was told there is a production delay and I would be contacted when it was ready to ship. I was also given the option for a refund but I want it there are bigger issues in the world right now so while its annoying I will totally wait!
