The album was available for 12 hours in NZ, 10h for Australia, 8h for China, ~3h in most of the Middle East and 1 hour in the UK for the Spotify update we had today 

Yeah but I haven't understood if it's UTC or 7pm EST for the tracking day, cause the FAQ said UTC but @FRANZGA said 7pm - 6:59pm EST :oprah:

The FAQ mentioned 7:00PM EST tho as example..

Is UTC fixed?? Maybe 1hr differemce due to daylight saving or something,
