The looks from that period Spoiler and that Sis Million (performances) reasons got the GP to really know the power of her voice. The piano version is my favorite ever and I plan for it to be the last song I listen to before I listen to Chromatica for the first time. Joanne will probably never be my favorite Gaga album, but the eccentricity of it, and the hard left turn from what anyone expected of her at the time I think really positioned her to be cemented as an entertainment legend and set her up for the resurgence of her stardom with A Star is Born; it proved that she could do anything, and do anything well. TheFriend 1,974 Posted May 28, 2020 Share Posted May 28, 2020 The PI teaser really was that time when I got super excited about the new era because it was my first time experiencing a pre era moment. Days before that, Gaga has been appearing in public more frequently and who would forget the iconic little detectives for figuring out that Gaga was in a radio station. Since then, everyone knew an announcement was bound to happen and we did get the PI teaser. It was about 9PM in my room and I screamed in excitement then I immediately told my lil brother about it, who was just in front of me but he didn't really care. He loved ASIB era tho! He wants more Shallow like songs in Chromatica. On to the album itself, to sum it up is it's her most personal record. PI is still my rockGa anthem. I have to thank Joanne for creating PI, my second favorite after Judas. Other favorite songs are JAD, CTM, and AD Work Tape. Ofc I love all the songs. This album has brought my mom and I so much joy on car rides and so many amazing memories. Of course, there are more to make but I appreciate everything Gaga did with this album Now let’s celebrate the release of her newest sister Chromatica!
