Her debut album was literally called The Fame and it was all about celebrity and chasing that dream and how it feels to be famous. Even ARTPOP was very in-your-face about her being a celebrity and famous. I get she has matured a lot since those albums and I find it interesting how she has a much more human and personal feelings now about her music and how she wants it to touch people.
