I think she's done Gaga's makeup for a ton of videos, I could be wrong though! So for her to say this is a pretty big deal

I have this strong suspicion that she’s Gaga’s makeup artist and she’s worked with her on many projects. It’s still a rumor tho, I’m not too sure about that lol
