MonsterVSAnimal 0
I'm actually 18 and I appreciate her standing up for herself because Perez is a ****ing James Blunt and Angel Haze made racist remarks. I know homophobic slurs, even though she's bis-xual, aren't a good thing for her to say but racial slurs encompass a much wider audience. Yet no one said anything about Angel's racial comment? Then Perez dragged Rihanna, Nicki, and some irrelevant Brooke Candy into the mess This, so much.
omgwtfbbq 0
Its not embarrassing. She used the word f-aggot like she used the word n-igger. Her attempts at insulting people are childish and in vain. They mean nothing. So for everyone to be getting fussy over this one stupid tweet is just people reaching to have something to complain about. Lets just ban everything! Everything will offend someone! And its not really about perception, its completely derived from that video. If you don't understand early 90s house you don't really understand Azealia in my opinion. I'm 21 years old and I don't find her offensive. Its not a lack of knowledge or logic on my part, its about not being a little b---h and getting offended by petty bull****. Her influence is gay culture, the majority of her fans are gay....its safe to say shes not homophobic or transphobic. My generation is overly sensitive...jesus... Just because YOU'RE ok with it doesnt make it right, you don't speak for the gay community. There are tons of LGTB people out there that are being bullied everyday being called "fa-ggots", "dickbreath", etc. Do you really think her tweets are making things better or worse for them? Anyways she has no place using the word "fa-ggots" because she's not in the club. It's like a white person throwing around the word "niigger", you just don't do it. Somehow she thinks her being a bis-xual female gives her a pass but it really doesn't.

There are tons of LGTB people out there that are being bullied everyday being called "*******s", "dickbreath", etc. Do you really think her tweets are making things better or worse for them? Anyways she has no place using the word "*******" because she's not in the club. It's like a white person throwing around the word "******", you just don't do it. Somehow she thinks her being a bis-xual female gives her a pass but it really doesn't. I think if you're somehow deeply offended by a tweet that has nothing at all to do with you made by a person that you don't know.....than thats being overly sensitive. You might want to consider therapy at that point.

I'm going to stand against that nomatter what, especially when it's coming from someone with influence. It's a shame gay people just let it slide like it's no big deal, people like you are the reason why homophobes do what they do without realizing they're in the wrong. ALX 170
Wait... He bashed Brooke Candy? That b---h will die No he retweeted her tweets about how she'd never start some drama or beef, but no one will ever know who she is so Perez just added fuel to the fire. omgwtfbbq 0
And you're the reason people are overly sensitive and give power to words that mean nothing. The word FA.GGOT means nothing and has no meaning? Are you ****ing kidding me?

Wait... Lemme see her twitter Considering what a badass rap b---h she really looks like and she is in general, I don't even believe it :smh:
misanthrope 15
The word FA.GGOT means nothing and has no meaning? Are you ****ing kidding me? You give the word negative connotation and power. The only way it does no harm is by making it meaningless. Azealia's attempts at insults and beef is messy and childish anyway. The way in which she used the term was as empty as any other insult shes ever thrown at someone. Criticize her for being a hothead, but to start shaming her for being transphobic/homophobic is just....doing too much.
omgwtfbbq 0
Except she gave the word power by using it in a derogatory way. You're saying her behavior should be excused because she was tweeting in a "messy and childish way?" Um No. And just because she isn't carrying around a pitchfork looking for gays to hang doesn't mean she's not homophobic. Out of all the things she could have chosen to insult Perez with she chose his s-xuality and basically made gay s-x something to be looked down upon. Joshie 714
I ****ing love Azealia's music. But quite frankly she is ****ing me off. Her constant shade to other artists is tedious, she needs to sit the **** down she ain't nothing special yet. As for this Angel Haze, she needs to stfu too silly b---h, who is she? As for Azealia's comments to Perez, they were too harsh I don't care so much about the ******* usage, but telling someone to kill themselves is too harsh, what is she thinking? Ruining herself. SHES NOT HOMOPHOBIC. You have to be thick to honestly believe that. She was shooting down Perez because hes scum, her using the word f-aggot had nothing to do with demeaning his s-xuality. The same as her using the word c-unt or n-igger isn't meant to be derogatory. Once again, overly sensitive, overly political correct bandwagon sensationalist bull****. Thats all this is. misanthrope 15
She might not be homophobic but her posts certainly are. In theory the comment was homophobic. If you have any sort of real life logic you'd realize they aren't.
