Because with its theme and everything it's obviously intended for a summer release and she can't release both around the same time (or she could put FANTASEA II as a 2nd disc but I don't think that's a good idea). So what if she released FANTASEA II in lMay, toured with it through summer and released BWET in like, October? I'd be down for that.
