In all honesty that should be the date for the pop radio release as well. It makes no sense in 2020 to wait three weeks after your song is out to service it onto pop radio imo

She will be focusing on HAC. She will give few interviews for some hac radios while kiis fm and z100 still didn’t say anything about spinning the song

I bet the pop release date is tentative and that’s why it’s so far out - they want to wait and see if it fairs well on AC/HAC before pursuing it further on Pop. Also gives them time to see who’s steaming it and how much.

The reason they're impacting pop radio on June 2 is because they want the longevity here. Her last singles got off the charts very quickly and her album is coming in August so it's safe to say they want to make sure the song stays on the charts for a good 2 months
